Default cold running problems

hi to all and happy christmas, im a new member and hope someone can help me, i own a 440 gli 1989, just as the cold whether started she has developed a problem which in my book is weird, when you start her from cold she only runs on 3 cylinders and jumps like a kangaroo, if you let her warm up then turn her of and restart, she`s fine, so far ive replaced her with new, battery, plugs, :leads, rotor, distributor, and an idle regulater valve that i got from a breakers, but no difference, any idears would be helpfull as im totally cofused,

could pos be a inj fault, if you can find out what cyl is no firing porp (take spark plug leads off one at a time and replace while engine is running watch out for shocks if no change in engine note that is the cyl to look at) once you know what cyl is giving the prob look at the inj plug (may be taking it out) and spark plug closer. May be worth putting a high dose of red x in. Have fun and a merry christmass and new year.....
