Do I buy a second generation XC90 - Page 2

Well, i have bought one now. pleased we saw another vehicle and didn't buy the first one we saw. there is little risk in purchasing from a main dealer but even so, we looked a little farther afield and have bought a 68 plate R-design Pro with panoramic roof and 360 camera...some other options but those were the most important. can't wait to pick it up in a week or so.

We went to see a Saville Grey one yesterday in Peterborough which had a slightly better spec, it was marginal. which was a lot darker than it looks in photos. the test drive was without a member of the showroom staff so it was a frantic run through the heavy traffic of the city so wasnt enjoyable. there was a volvo selekt event on giving 24mths warranty which prompted us to purchase now but the dealer wouldnt move on price so we went to a family dealership in malton in north yorkshire. a much better experience.
so this one is in black onyx which is a metallic colour i believe so hopefully it will look good in the sun if we get any! condition is really good and dealer through in the load liner...only about £160 but better than nothing...they were so busy so it was obvious there was going to be little movement in price, which was £2k less than the first one we saw. also got the polestar optimisation too.

it feels a lot bigger than the gen1 car. so much to learn...its got far more kit than my Audi s4.
bloody photos are upside down for some reason which the originals aren't
