Default Swirl flap actuator

Hi, I’m new here so if I’m asking on the wrong thread I apologise 😊. I’m trying to find out if the swirl rail actuator motor part numbers are interchangeable 30756099 and 30756100 . Thanks

Default Swirl flap

Hello, I'm sorry I'm not sure from your picture.

If I want to keep the flaps fully open does the 'quadrant' need to be fixed pulled up? Towards the front of the car.

My quadrant has a damaged socket for the actuator arm.

I checked which way the open and closed position would be and it seems that the fully open position would be with the bit pushed right down.

Hello, I want to disable swirl flaps OPEN until I have time to replace them, can you confirm that when the 'actuator link' is pushing towards the rear of the engine the flaps are "fully open" ?

The long arm from the motor / solonoid seems to pull the link towards the FRONT when the car is warm and running. I thinkn I may have fixed mine in the wrong position

Default Open position

Hi guys, I thought the same thing in terms of position for the flap arm, however was still getting readings with vida dice. I opened it up today. The open position for the flaps is all the way in on the arm, and closed is all the way out.
