Default Water drivers side rear

Hi i have had water inthe rear drivers side twice in 3 months i have checked all rubbers and door seals but could not see anything , its a 2004 v50 2litre d has anyone had this problem ?

Has it got a sunroof? if so check the water drains are still intact and not blocked/ severed - Mike

Check the door seals are on correctly.Put a little vasoiline around the bead of the seal see if it helps.

There is a somewhat big problem with AC condension outlet, it might block up or just disconnect - this causes all the condension water to pile up under the car's right side carpet. This will cause some serious damage and/or molding.

I hope this isn't the case here.

thanks 4 all the replies i have checked the door seals they all seem ok , got it booked into volvo next week to get the air bubble in fuel line sorted ! took about a pint of water out this morning and half pint just now when i came home from work , the car sits slightly back so water wont run to back footwell from rear lights thanks will let know how i get on

Same trouble in my S40. Do not use the AC for a month a see if it still happens.
