I'm really interested to know about the r&p steering. Looks good in geometry, so fare I can have a look on this pics. Do you find any marks/sign or anything to know from which company this rack and pinion is orginally truckdoctor?
The anti roll is not from a 140/164.

As far as I'm aware the steering rack is either Ford Mondeo or Granada. You have to understand this is in a left hand drive vehicle, and as yet don't know if the rack has been inverted and rotated or if it's a left hand drive rack. Strip down begins very soon, so hopefully I'll find out.

I have just taken this for a drive before repairing and it is like driving a boat, wallowing all over the place so stiffer springs will be required and a rear ARB. Are there suspension tuning parts available for the 140? springs and shocks etc????????

Today the strip down began with firstly removing the wheel one side only to find the locking wheel nut screwed on by two threads only, so not a good start and some strange tapered washers to make up the difference in nut to hole diameters.
