Can a B4 petrol mild hybrid be optimised?
All my previous Volvos have been diesels and all had been Polestar Optimised.
I was asked today if I was going to do the same with my XC40. I had to answer that I wasnt even sure whether or not you could. So that's the question. Can a b4 petrol mild hybrid be given the treatment?

It would seem according to this site of the newer cars only the T5 PHEV and the B5 can be done, the older ones aslo had the D4 listed.
Bit odd that they wouldn't offer it as its just software. https://engineered.polestar.com/uk/ |

On the Swedespeed US website, someone was doing the upgrade on your model and they quoted:-
As per the Polestar Website, the upgrade will give: Power Mid-Range up to (hp) +7% Dynamic Torque (ft-lb) +14% Dynamic Peak Power (hp) +2% |
