I've got one out of a 97/P car that worked. However, I will test to make sure it still does but won't be able to do that until next weekend.

Do you have a photo of your existing one just to check the Volvo part number and connections are the same?

Tbh I dont even know where it is yet, been having problems with the central locking and interior lights and someone said it sounded like it could be the cause, mine is a P reg also so see no reason it wouldn't fit, if you could check it works and get back to me that would be great!

Apologies for getting back to you later than promised but I've ha a couple of busy weekends.

I've tried my one and it works correctly for both door lock and light functions.

The central locking relay is located in the relay box which sits behind the ashtray and radio in the centre console. It's a twin relay, brown in colour and is the most reward of the four positions on the left side. It should actually have "central locking" printed on it. Access is easy via the footwell panel.
