Hi Again,
My VOLVO and 240GL rear tailgate badges are a bit cloudy, Looking to refurb them but autosole chrome doesn't work, and had advise that liquid chrome pen is the answer as they're no longer available to buy new. anybody got them for sale or know where to get some,??
regards Adrian.

Second hand items can be a good option- sometimes NOS pops up on ebay or similar (purchased some a couple of years back for my '88 240) posted details as the seller had a few.

The so-called chrome paints won't give the desired finish (not invented yet!)
You can get a better/brighter finish by spraying the item with a bright silver paint and then a compatible clear coat- looks OK but not as original chrome.
Bob.
