yes, Volvo are fitting a new pump next week. This is not being covered by warranty, the dealer i am buying the car from is paying for it.

This is now 2 weeks since i put a deposit on the car and i am going on holiday next Saturday and i need the car to tow my boat.
It is getting to the point that if they don't get this sorted i will need to look for another car. only down side is there are no phase 3 V70s for sale near me.

Well just had a phone call, new steering pump fitted and this has sorted the problem.

Car is to now get a fresh MOT and a full valet ready for me to collect on Saturday.
Hope it's all okay as i will be returning home to hook up my baot and head straight off on holiday.
