thats not good news. ive heard this from other volvo owners that changing certain parts makes no differnance. ive also been told that it could be the servo relay but locating it is not easy for me lol. anyway i havnt ordered anything yet as it cost a lot money so i want to make sure i know what it is for certain before ordering.

yes, Volvo are fitting a new pump next week. This is not being covered by warranty, the dealer i am buying the car from is paying for it.
This is now 2 weeks since i put a deposit on the car and i am going on holiday next Saturday and i need the car to tow my boat. It is getting to the point that if they don't get this sorted i will need to look for another car. only down side is there are no phase 3 V70s for sale near me. |

Well just had a phone call, new steering pump fitted and this has sorted the problem.
Car is to now get a fresh MOT and a full valet ready for me to collect on Saturday. Hope it's all okay as i will be returning home to hook up my baot and head straight off on holiday. |
