2001 V70 2.4 Fault code ECM-9818

I have a 2001, V70 2.4. This is a project car I'm working on to do 'Rust 2 Sahara' in March. I've just changed the clutch & DMF in it 216K. On restarting the engine this fault is coming up and the engine goes in to 'Reduced Power' mode. I'm reluctant to believe it's a throttle as it was running fine when I parked up to do the job. I don't think I've missed any reconnections of vacuum pipes or hoses but it's possible I've connected something the wrong way around. Anyone got any pointers?
