Ah bless what a shame.Last shown date of liability 1-1-1995.Thats sixteen years or resting!
1986cc engine.Does the engine turn?If it's anything like my old wreckers it will probably fire up with a good battery.
Good luck with the sale.And amazing how well that rooflining has survived.Any more pictures of the engine and interior?

Thanks, I'll look if I have more pics. The engine has the head removed from when was going to do an engine rebuild/check 10 years ago. I mic'd the bores, the most wear was 4thou but the average was about 2 thou. One piston was removed when I mic'd up the journals, I think there was no appreciable wear on the crank if I remember correctly. The interior has survived quite well but the front seats are bad and the dash top has a crack. The steering box and propshaft were overhauled back then too. Yes it's a shame; there are so few of these big bumper 145s left.

Does it have working door locks on it. That's the cylinder and key. I need one or two if poss'

Both locks work and there are 2 or 3 keys but, how soon do you need them, as if I remove them the car is no longer secure? (Vandals have already broken the windscreen and a wing mirror glass.)
I was hoping to sell it whole but it seems I will have to break it for parts. It's just the time it takes which I don't really have. If I remove the locks I'll have to start breaking and selling. (The dreaded Ebay if no one on the forum wants them)
Let me know and a rough idea of what you think they're worth.

It seems no one wants to buy the whole car so I guess I"ll have to break it.
