What's it worth? 1999 2.4 P1R

I have a 2.4 P1R that I am contemplating on selling as my commute is now 62 miles a day and I am wondering how much it is worth. It is a "phase 3" R in Black Stone.

It is the 2.4 not 2.3, 265hp
Car has done 144k with service record almost 1 inch thick
Prop. angle gear replaced around 100k miles
5 speed auto is in good condition, including aux cooler
C70 clear headlights and sidelights
Set of Volans with like new Continentals ContiSport 5
Set of Perfos with good Michelin Alpin 4 winter tyres
Decent bodywork for the age but could do with a proper valet
Great interior although a little rattly in the boot
New geunie Volvo steering rack installed around 120k miles
MOT till June
11 months tax
Mesh grill (fitted to car before I got it)
Everything works on it including the headlight wipers except for a rear window switch on the drivers door

So what do you think? From what I have seen on ebay the 2.4s with working AWD seem to be selling for a premium, but as they rarely come on sale and when they do they are in average or poor condition so it is very difficult to get a feel for their value.
