XC90 2004 Diesel Geartronic

Looking for a colleague who has decided now's the time for an XC90.

He's looking for the following:

XC90 SE or higher spec
04 or 54 or maybe newer.
Diesel
Geartronic
Under 100000 miles
Dark grey / blue or maybe silver (open to suggestions)
Dark leather interior

Would like DVD screens in the back but not essential.

Looked in all of the usual places, pistonheads, autotrader, ebay etc. Got very close to buying an 04 Executive today but was sold minutes before he phoned to put down a deposit.

Anyone selling?

I have a 54 plate (Nov 04) xc90 SE geartronic 78k, grey, dark grey interior with brushed steel trim.
Was anticipating trading up to a 57ish plate Xc90 next summer, but may consider a straight sale.
Mind you - just put 4 new tyres on yesterday at £600.
