Ireland: - Next Meeting 06-01-2007

Hi All,

The next meeting of the Ireland members will be on Sunday 6-Jan-2007. The event will be held in the South with a route through the Dublin/Wicklow mountains.

More details to follow but in the mean time put the date in your Diaries.

The missus and I will be there, or at least, I will be anyway!

Probably head down in the 480 though as the 245 is spurting out transmission fluid at the minute!

Thanks a lot for that ... I'll be along ( must put petrol in the car this time lol ... )

Will try to drive a Volvo this time ... looking forward to giving the 480 a blast this time, hopefully.

Tea / Coffee / left over x-mas pud (!) can be arranged if so desired, I'm living just off the N11 to Wicklow so no problems there!

And many happy returns to you all. Would really like to take part in this meeting but unfortunately we're moving on the 11th and we're going to be really busy leading up to it

Maybe a Spring/Summer meet could be on the cards? (giving me plenty of time to clean and polish the old girl)

Why Des? - didn't I tell you all the roadsigns point the wrong way in Co. Wicklow lol ...

hi all,

here's the proposed schedule for the day . for those traveling South stay on the M50 until junction 11 and then follow the signs for N81/Tallaght .As you come off the large roundabout you will come upon a smaller one and approx 300yrds further on is a Shell garage/ Toyota dealer which we will gather in for between 10:30 and 11:00.

The route is as follows and may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. There are a good few places for photo's and we will be stopping in Laragh for eats. I hope that we should be finishing up around 4pm as it will be getting dark and give everyone a chance to get home at a reasonable hour.
