No Power on OBD Port

Hello thank you for reading my post.

My 2013 V70 has set it's EML, so just got around to plugging in to check it out and have no status lights on my Dice.

So I've checked diags on my 2012 V70 all good.

I have successfully used this set on this car before but not since it had a new clutch 3 months ago.

Are there any obvious things I should be checking?

1) does vida start on your laptop?
2) what is laptop O.S.?
3) If you have not used vida/dice in 3 months or so is it possible laptop has been updated?
4) have you checked all connections to ensure the dice is connected to you car?

I don't know if the there are fuses in the actual dice or the obdi2 port ( not sure thats correct name) is fused.
Unless dice is toast you usually get some light(s) response. No lights sounds terminal

Thanks yes I agree No Lights - pretty bad.

Vida and Dice both working on my 2012 car.

So I'm just about to check power on pin 16 and earth on 4&5

Can't find any info in vida for fuse listings at the mo

Just finished comparing voltages on both cars

4&5 - Chassis Ground

Pin 16 12.5 on 2012 car - nothing on 2013 Car,

Anyone know if there's a fuse for the OBD II port? - yes there is Box B - 16
