Default Power front seat

Today I was messing about with the driver's seat (MY22 S90) whilst parked and stuffing my face in Costco car park, and when I got home, switched the car off, opened the door and the seat went back a few inches and reclined a little as well.

I thought at first that I somehow programmed it to adjust to a different position when I open the door, e.g. to make it easier to get out. But then I closed the door, started the car up, expecting that it'll go back to the position that is actually stored for me, but it never did.

I had a good look in the owner's manual but couldn't find anything that would explain this. I thought it would be the same as it is in our Lexus LS where once you open the door the seat adjusts and steering wheel is raised to make it easier to get out.

Do any of you have any knowledge about this i.e. whether this is actually a thing, and if yes how to reprogram it and set it up properly? I can't think of any other reason the seat could have started moving the exact second I opened the door, as I defo wasn't anywhere near the memory buttons at the time.

Thanks
