Tiggerbits New Member Last Online: Apr 4th, 2024 11:09 Join Date: Jan 2019 Location: Somerset	Dog Guard Gas Struts Hey all, I am after a little bit of help. I'm trying to replace the gas struts that hold up the dog guard in my V50. I have ordered and received a set of replacements from a company that confirmed they would fit. They appear that they should. However I can not seem to figure out how to removed the old ones. The Old ones have part number - 30664236 They have the ball joint ends, but do not have any type of retaining clip that you would normally remove before popping them off.
