I found out that the holes were widened severely as if the polyurethane inside was actually made of clay (pict). After only six months driving this created so much play that the wishbones started rubbing against the outer edge of the inside of the rims. Since this tells me enough about the **** quality of the used material, I absolutely need to change all the bushings of this set before worse things will happen. And that is a problem since unfortunately there are no replacement bushes available for the multi-link type I anymore.
My question for you is if there is a company that still sells a reliable poly bushing set or could fabricate these bushes for me. I am willing to pay a good price for it. After spending good money for modifying engine, drive train, big brakes incl new booster/mbc and front and rear suspension (Kaplhenke), I am not considering leaving the car (pict) in its current condition.
I hope you can give me some tips for the right direction.

By the way, I emailed Pete from Retro Turbo three times. His answer after months of waiting: "Will forward your email to my business partner to see what have happened there." That was two months ago. How does this company survive?
Skandix are showing some rear multilink bushes https://www.skandix.de/en/spare-part...n/808/?s=r&p=3

This company might be the best place for you to get superflex from, it they're unavailable there then I believe Dai (classicswede) who posted above you does a kit for the 960. He makes bushes for the 300 series and they're very good.

Thank you guys, I will contact them and let you know.

Contrary to my first assumptions, I noticed that Skandix and GCP still offer most of the bushings I need. But I still prefer to look at (excellent quality) poly items first for my 450+ Nm 960.

If staying with rubber then I would suggest complete arms and genuine Volvo if possible still
i bought these and they are an absolute pile.. lasted 3 months and i had to replace the whole arms with new ones.

Default Found it

Thanks everyone. To my surprise found all that I need at gcp.se and cvi-automotive.se. No poly but new, original Volvo will hold for sure.

Looks like a nice 16v Redblock has been added to it, which obvs makes it a lot better

I could be wrong here Mark but i thought Europe got a choice of the 6-pot whiteblock or turbo redblock in 8v or 16v form - our friend above seems the have the B234FT if i'm not mistaken. I think local tax thresholds made the smaller, turbo engines more popular and the main reason many manufacturers offered smaller, turbocharged variants in place of the bigger V6 or straight 6 options.
