Lightbulb VOC Members - Little blue intro cards...

I finally made a membership purchase the other night and received my pack today with a few goodies! The recent issues of Volvo Driver made for interesting reading, the stickers will be put to good use plus the little blue intro cards are a nice touch.

Do members use their little blue intro cards on other Volvos and has anybody attracted much response?

I used to run a Mini website and made my own 'business cards' so vehicle spotting and making my mark under the wiper is quite usual when out and about - although five cards just doesn't cut it!

I was wondering, and this is one for the top dogs; would it be possible to set-up a Word document or PDF file with a template of these little blue cards so people can download and print out more when they need more?

Yeah, I never got any blue cards either but keep thinking it would be good to have some sort of flyer to put under the wipers or through doors of Volvo owners nearby.

I can only imagine the intro cards are a new thing then and perhaps given from the start of the new membership option year.

Once I've used up my current cards I'll get in touch for some more, although downloadable cards would be an excellent long term advantage!

Downloadable cards sound a good idea I'll sound out the suggestion for you.

Quite correct Jim , we where given intro cards back in 2002 when I was on the Vectra C forums .
It wasnt necerserally a club so to speak , but was more of a forum club .I agree it is a good idea , as im sure we all see some very nice Volvo's about and would be nice to place a card under the windscreen wiper informing the owner of the club .
