Green and red speedo

Call me old fashioned but since 1985 Volvo has had green/red dials on speedo etc my V40 (2015) is ok but I want the retro dash feel any ideas anyone also canb I change the red performance Blue as continential ones have this

I have read this post three times and am still confused!!!
What spec of V40 do you have? Does it have the digital dash?

I wish I had more control over the TFT dash. More data etc..

I have the R DESIGN LUX NAV 2015 brand new

The NAV version, nice. Can you play DVD's. Try it.

Was discussing with the dealer, as he thinks Volvo have disabled this functionality?

No, you can still play DVDs in the car - obviously only when it is parked and not on the move (really needs a split screen for the pax side - like in jags)
