Is it likely that Europe/UK will have access to the Tesla charging points? The article mentions adaptors.

Not surprising, as Tesla the selves has stated they'll be fitting type 2 CCS connectors to new versions of the model 3 sold in Ehroe, so it looks as if Tesla will be converging with the rest of the industry (or most of it) rather than the other way round.

We do, well some of them anyway - Tesla have begun to open up their network.

Tesla’s this side of the pond all have the universal CCS/Type 2 connector that pretty much every EV has now (some old ones have Chademo) so there’s no connector required. However they all have stupidly short tethered cables so they aren’t always the easiest to park at.
