Default Soot filter full - ?

Regenning on the XC has always been passive, I daily it back and forth work. Short 5 mile journeys, But always giving it a good 250 mile blast come end of every 3 weeks on a long journey west.

I have just come back from north wales, All A roads, hauling 4 carcasses plus climbing gear etc, I wasn't driving economically at times. 185 miles one way 220 homeward. A roads were gear up, down, up down... So revs were never settled. I gather that isn't a case for a regen.
Today, I stalled. Schoolboy error...
Upon restarting, "Soot filter full, etc" came up.
Vida reports an estimated 22g of soot. Is that a lot? But a hard run up north and back (still getting 37mpg) shouldn't have accumulated that amount of soot?
I noticed I have a small staining around my swirl flap linkage - annoying as I replaced them a year ago... Cheap parts.

Well as the link says - time to royally p**s off my neighbours. I believe I just may be interrupting a regen constantly. Forced regen it is!
I was calling for power a lot on the way home, so not a lot of opportunities to cruise.

Strange, I plug in vida today and I have a pending code for particle filter sensor, general comms failure, and only 13g in the filter estimated.
No message on the dash...
No increase on dipstick,
Peculiar. I guess our cars don't like stalling!

My wife’s xc70 diesel had that on the dash earlier this year. We took it on a good motorway run and haven’t seen it again since. Only seen it once in nine years and 100,000 miles.
