Fuel Tank Sender

Have just listed a brand new Volvo fuel tank sender for a D5 on ebay which will fit the XC90 and a lot of other P2 Volvo's.

Ideal if yours is now playing up - was bought to fix issue on my old XC90 but sorted itself out so never used before I sold the car. It was displaying 1/2 a tank when empty which is sure sign that it is on way out.

Part number 8683142 - with the O ring to match. Want £55 for it (cost new c.£80 without discount).

I have just checked the original ebay listing and I cannot see that the item sold. Do you still have it for sale? Sorry I cannot PM being new to the forum.
I am looking to buy an XC90 d5 with a faulty fuel gauge, ran out of fuel with half a tank showing. Would you have any idea how to tell which sender unit (if any) is at fault? I rang Volvo today and they told me there are two, one about £45 and one about £80.
Finally does anyone know how easy or difficult it is to change these units? I assume it access is under the third row of seats?
