Battery replacement
I have a feeling that I may need to change my battery soon on my 2015 XC60 R Design D5 as when I park up and turn off the engine I get a message saying battery low. No matter how long of a journey I go on to try and charge up the battery I get that same message again a couple days later. It starts up every time without a problem.
Does the battery need coding in after it gets replaced? I want to know whether I can just change the battery myself or I need to take it to my local specialist. |

You might want to try a charger first.
Plenty of recent threads on here about this issue, eg https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=308958 And https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=313491
