Block mod cost

I'm looking at a few T5 cars this week, none of which have had the block mod done (to the current owners knowledge).
I'm trying to budget for any work that will need doing so wondered if someone could tell me roughly what I'm looking at cost wise?
I expect it to be between £500-600? (Cambelt kit and fitting with seals and shims being fitted also).

Also, if anyone could PM me Tim William's number that would be great, thank you.
