polybush kit cost was a little under £400 IIRC (threw the bill away to stop the wife seeing it!!) Labour i dont know about though as i was getting a few deals at the same time etc so a lot of labour was knocked off my bill.

Give the Shark guys a shout and ask for Ben Wardle he was helping the POLYBUSH team with the development of the volvo kit, i have heard that powerflex focus kits can fit as well but they are a little harder than the POLYBUSH one.

The polybush i can highly recommend they have changed the car dramatically everything feels better and there is also a camber on the back wheels now that looks very cool.

speak to T5-monkey on here about the powerflex ones i think he has the whole focus kit on his s40.

you should let the shark guys put a Miltek on while you are there they sound soooooo goooood!

anyone know the figures for the hole spacing on my wheels ?

i know they are 7.5x18x52.5 in size for the wheel but what is the figs for the bolt pattern?

i think they are 5x110 but cant seem to find the info anywhere?

wheels are volvo atreus 18" if that helps

I would love to break the 300 BHP !

at the moment the main thing i need is better brakes Shark are looking into Brembos at the moment so i will no doubt be down to them again soon!

the other thing we were hoping to do was a bigger intercooler, it was ment to get a test fit this time but it never happened. Once the brakes are sorted then i will be back at Shark for this.

some little things to do myself just now like the alloys, an anti roll bar for the rear, fit the forge re-circ bov and some cosmetic bits and bobs.

I dont think i will ever stop !!!

Are you going to try better pads in the standard calipers before you shell out lots more?

If the newer T5s are as good as the older ones then I think you should go all out and try get this kind of result

With the wheels mate, go 17"

Not as fancy to look at but the driving experience is SO much better. (have had 17,18 and light 17)

17" OZ Ultraleggera, 5x108, ET 45 7.5" running 225/45/17 Eagle Assy 2 tyres would be my top choice, it'll ride great and drive like a dream. I've got Super T's on but the UL are a couple of kilos lighter.

Get the Forge BOV, IPD Boost controller, and replace your MAF and FPS (these go anyway) and it'll feel a lot stronger.

Rear roll bar is good too don't go too stiff or you'll get bobble in the corners.

With a price tag of circa £60000 it should be impressive BUT when was the last time it was see on the road???
