If you see this in time and you have one local it's £3.99 for a double 250ml bottle of either petrol or diesel treatments in Lidl.

you should take it up with the seller ! This is well known now in any volvo dealer and they should know what to do. It is oil leaking past piston ring type seals on the Gearbox mainshaft hence low oil pressure . Volvo brought out a fix in the factory in about 2013 by introducing improved metal seal rings . They introduced a software around 2012 to allow auto adaption routines to be carried out to raise the oil pressure above it's normal limit to allow for this leakage and after the special adaption road test when in Adaption mode it will self adjust and if the internal oil leak is not too bad it will be fine. If it is not fine it will need the improved seals fitting on the mainshaft. This involves taking the torque converter and front clutch out, not a bad job once the gearbox is out.
