Question about iPod connection
Hi folks,
Looking for some clarification here regarding the iPod connectivity in the XC60 R-Design SE with High Performance Sound Audio System. The specification says that it has USB/Aux connections in the centre console but it also refers to a USB and iPod® Music Interface as an "Accessory". Does this mean I need to specify this when I order the vehicle, is it included as standard or can it be bought afterwards? I want to be able to conctrol the Ipod from the stereo and see playlists etc. I do not want to connect via the headphone socket on the ipod itself. Your help appreciated. Mike |

If you go for the High Performance System you'll get both the AUX connector and USB connect in the centre armrest. You need nothing else - apart from your ipod and ipod USB lead

I can add that the system works great!
Put on random and you'll have music for hours or days!
