Beware Aston Midshires & other bogus companies and brokers
Just seen on TV and the net that there are a lot of people, in particular youngsters, being conned by these bogus companies, Aston Midshires is one of them
A lot of youngsters, having found that they cannot get insurance under three grand a year then get a quote for say eighteen hundred a year from what appears to be a reputable car insurance company with a professional looking website, the staff ask all the right questions, they take your money, you get a certificate of insurance in the post, you later find out they are a bogus company and you've been driving uninsured, although they put your car on the MID database with fake details and an older driver so as not to be drawn attention to by police If an insurance company is not registered with the MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) and the FSA (Financial Services Authority) then it's not legit ...........................
