XC90 Cant connect to internet and gps showing wrong location

Hi everyone. I have just purchased 2015 XC90 and it already gives me an headache.

First of all i cannot connect it to internet, tried via WiFi, BT, installed sim cards into modem in the boot.

Also sat nav shows wrong location. Sometimes even not the UK

I have updated maps, tried to reset factory settings, unplugged battery for half an hour but nothing helped.

Is any way to sort these out without going to the dealer?

Also is it something to do with this plug i found in a boot? Looks like something is missing to me (Please see the picture)

Same here. Anyone managed a solution?

But mine doesn't have a sim card reader on the boot...
