Bottom intercooler hose.....again...s40/v50.

I was driving and I heard a loud pop.....no power and loads of smoke and I knew what it was before inspection. Yet again another lower hose blown.
I blew one 2 years ago, it is mapped but anyway here is a little tip instead of removing the bumper.
Get a small dremel with a cutting wheel or use a soldering iron, remove the fog /driving light bezel and cut the hole as seen......their is a tab that will pop and pull but it's not enough to get a tool in so you'll have to cut your way in.
When you have installed the new charge pipe just pop on the lower spotlight cover and no one will ever know and if it pops again it is so easy to replace than taking the bumper off for the nearside bottom charge pipe......no under tray to take off nothing. I have included a image and it is shown once I had loosened the clip and moved it to one side.
