Default A strange thing happened on the way to the theater today.

We were on our way to a show today going down the M6 with the cruise control set at 67mph. without any warning the digital dash went completely blank, cruise control switched off and the bliss warning system ceased to work. The car was still driveable and everything else seemed to work, within 30sec the dash came back on but the cruise control registered "not available" and the bliss system still didn't work.
I pulled off at the first opportunity and stopped the car switched off and on again, still the cruise contined unavailable and bliss worked on the offside mirror but not the nearside mirror.
I noticed my car key was on top of my mobile phone. I then put the key in my pocket and if by magic everything then returned to normal and continues to work normally, Question is, was the mobile phone the culprit? has anyone else experienced this and do you think I should take the car to my Volvo dealer.

Advice would be welcome. Thanks Roy

Ours went blank once 5 minutes after collecting the car from the dealer after a repair, don't have Bliss and rarely use cruise so can't comment on them. Took it back but they were closing so booked it in for a couple of days later. It all came back on after a few minutes, when they had it back they did the usual "software update" and it's been fine since.
