Default Running 235/45...?

Who on here is running 235/45 tyres on their S40?

Any issues with running these like rubbing or anything like that? Or am I better off going for a 225/45 tyres instead?

Fed up of spending twice as much for 215/45 because its an odd size...!

225/40 is the size you'll want

More standard than 235/45 and 225/45.

I had 225/40/R18's on my S40 without issue but I would say there wasn't a great deal of space on full lock on the front (that was with a good offset alloy that brought the wheel out nearly past the wings) so I think you may struggle with 235's, I was in a similar position with the 17"s I had on the 205/50 tyres were extortionate, and I wanted a little more tread so I moved to 215/45 tyres with no issues (& before anyone says anything my insurance company are aware)
