Thanks chaps/chapesses
In the end, despite the cobblers told to me by Mill Volvo of Knaresborough (NEVER BOTHER), I contacted Caffyn's in Bournmouth by email. Within the hour they'd called me and identified which bits I needed so I ordered the official Volvo kits complete with clamp etc for just shy of £30! Genuinely superb service from them I have to say. Now the journey really begins... Many thanks one and all for the invaluable help. You're all ugly outside but beautiful inside

I thought I'd add a small caution, ideally you're supposed to replace the fuel line to the injector which normally come as 2 sets not individually, most people don't replace them and most of the time you can get away with it, but check very carefully for leaks after and be prepared to replace if needed!
