V60 cutout following Volvo service
Major service at Volvo 2 days ago. This morning drove car 2 urban miles in EV.
Turned a corner and car died. No go in either diesel engine or battery. Sat blocking everyone for a minute and eventually got a restarted diesel. Drove straight to Volvo garage and took straight into the workshop:- "Didn't bleed system properly when replacing fuel filter" Things happen - is it plausible that the battery drive would also disable if the fuelling system gets shut down due to a fault? Maybe it's a safety thing. Reassuring ideas please !? |
