Default aftermarket steering wheel boss.
As above ladies and gents.

I have seen a few on ebay at £45 plus, and I am a little reluctant to spend that much for a steering wheel that cost me £7.50.

They sell some pretty good stuff on there for volvos. Haven't seen them before.
