Survey for fault recording

Hi Guys,

I hope this isn't against policy, but I am making a web site that has its history in the quality of these Volvos. My old Dad always swore by them, and said that if you pay a bit more you can get something that lasts alot longer.

Its like a review site but for specific symptoms where submitters are paid for information (including just owning things and not having problems) and customers having to pay for reports (for multiple units). Its more like a manufacturing quality system that follows the product or service throughout its life.
