XC70: Stereo/SatNav/Phone - 2015.5 XC70 D5 Sensus Connect apps UK

Hello all,
i am new to the forum and apologies for being th dumb newbie.
i just took recipt of a xc70 d5 yesterday and am working my way through it.

I have managed to set up a wifi connection through my phone easily enough, but there is only one app listed "tunein". The model is an se lux so it has the sensus connect navigation built in.

I was hoping to get a list apps to be able to choose from but so far just one?

Does anyone know why this may be the case? I was really hoping to get rdio and the weather app at the least.

They can take 24 to 48 hours to appear once the car has an internet connection,

Have you setup a volvo ID??

I established a connection yesterday saturday and setup Volvo Id (although i am struggling to see the point of it so far?)
So far nothing has come up but i will see what happens over the next couple of days.
Do you know what apps it should have as default?

Update on this matter.

Well no update really other than i have definetely set up the Volvo ID and have definetely connected the car and the car is picking up the correct dealer information!

just to clarify i have seen on other posts that "send to car" and "park and pay" apps are available as default, i have 1 app "tunein" and thats it?

Is it worth unregistering volvo id as registered using andoid and try again using windows (pc) or should i continue to wait a little longer (24hrs)?

FWIW, I bought a 10GB monthly plan SIM from Three, tenner a month, and it works nicely. I prefer to have it independent of my phone.

I also have an EE sim in a mobile wifi box that connects perfectly to the sensus.
At the moment it has nothing to do however as i still do not have any apps other than Tunein.

I think it has been 72 hrs plus now ........... :-(

Update.

The car spent a day in Cambridge Volvo Havant today and has had the grand total of 0 apps added to it!! Apparently they had to contact Sweden to ask what apps a 2015.5 should have as default. Given i booked it in on Monday it would have been logical to perhaps ask before the car came in??!!

Whats worse is that on Volvo's own support page its states the apps that should be loaded on the car.

It has been left that they will contact me when they know. Not holding my breath for that one............

Beginning to lose patience with this now!!! :-(
