Default Anti skid temporarily disabled

I know there are a lot of posts that start like this but mine is a little unique.

I got an engine replaced by a garage in my 2007 XC90 3.2 AWD about 3 years ago. Within an eighth of a mile leaving in the garage, the message showed up and has never gone away. I'm also getting some tire skipping/wearing when turning tight. Because it happened immediately after replacing the engine, I have to believe that it's not a coincidence.

What connections could the shop have possibly left disconnected to cause this issue?

Thanks in advance.

There could be many reasons for this, but unless you get the fault codes read, you are only guessing.

So suggest get codes read and let the forum know and we stand a chance of helping.

Thanks,

I'm currently looking for a scanning tool that will work and isn't just a scam.

Not sure if a ailable where you are but I use one made by autel. I am sure there will be others

Ideal solution is vida dice which is available easily in the UK, not sure where you are.

hi,
it could be the steering wheel position sensor, any ABS sensor malfunction, dirty or disconected or the wheel aligment.

Okay, I think I've gotten somewhere
The error I get is invalid data received from steering angle sensor.

Does that help?
