Roof bars - Volvo accessory

I have some roof bars from a ph2 V70 that I modified by shortening to fit my ph3 V70. They will not fit my new XC60 at all. They were bought as a Volvo branded item.

Since they won't now fit a ph2 and they are a bit of a bodge, but a workable one, on the ph3 I am willing to give them away for free BUT COLLECTION ONLY from Derby.

Sorry for the slight hijack ( also a bump !) but I thought the bars from my 04 facelift V70 would fit my new V70 ? (MY12)

Not tried them yet but the rails look exactly the same.

The ones I'm giving away were from a ph1 V70, the one that was acre-branded 850. They fitted the next one, a ph2 2005 just but were too long for the next ph3 2010 V70, hence the modification to make them fit.
The roof rails of my new XC60 are a quite different profile and there's no way they'd fit.

I don't know what shape the V50 bars are, but as to width, the me marked fronts is about 43" min. and the one marked rear 38.5" min.
