If I were looking to buy, that is a very serious asking price. EEK. In case I have to sell, I really wish 240s were routinely fetching that sort of price.
But I like it. It does appear to be in good condition and with a good length of MOT. I'd be wanting to see more pics and a full history of MOT advisories. Victor Meldrew ..... |

It's been hanging around for many weeks. It appeared to sell once on eBay for about £1500.... and then reappeared at £3,250. The owner told me he wouldn't accept less than £3k, saying he'd already received offers over £2k, which from the revised price appears not to be the case. There is some wheel arch rust I believe.
But it is a lovely thing. My guess is someone will give just over £2k for it. |
