No.. you would not get the audio tone or flashing trailer light on dash if plug fallen out telling you the lights are not working. Yes.. you would not know until to next used your indicators but think how often you use them unless, you drive a BMW
.
As using DRLs what about a standard trailer you can not see any lights as they don't have front or side running lights unless above a given size
