"Bulb failure Parking light"?
I've had this message appear this evening, everything is working and as soon as I clear the message it reappears - anybody got any ideas as there is nothing obvious.
Steve.

One of the side lights out? They'd usually be masked by the headlights.

Look very carefully at the rear lamp clusters. There are two sidelight (parking) bulbs each side, easy to overlook that one may be out.

Bill_56 is correct, I looked through the handbook and it all generally refers to the front, I didn't think to check the rear and low and behold today a quick gander and there is one tail light out.

This is exactly what is happening to mine, bulb failure parking light!
I thought it was one of the front sidelights, playing up as they were both a bit blackened when I looked at them even though they work, and also noticed that my nearside rear position light (think that is what they are called) was out too, so swapped the top bulb in the cluster. I didnt realise they were both for the position light! I though the bottom one was the brake light! Could well be that the other is out also so will need to try another one see if it helps |
