Broken 2006 V70 D5 6 speed manual

Reluctantly come to the decision to move on my V70 after it's gearbox developed a fault, and I don't have the tools or skills to attempt replacing it myself, details in this thread: https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=329585.

Recently passed 243k miles, highlights:

- ~11 months left on MOT
- Brand new Bosch S4 battery
- Interior in fair condition, scrubs up well
- HU850 Radio repaired ~2 years ago by Central Services in Ipswitch
- Michelin CrossClimate+ fitted ~6k miles ago (1 replaced very recently from puncture)
- Replaced front control arms

Lowlights:

- Engine consumes oil
- Couple spots of rust, worst can be seen in photo behind rear door
- If you floor it sometimes it will go into limp mode, DPF

Open to offers from anyone looking for a project before I look at selling bits and scrapping, based just outside Newcastle upon Tyne.
