C70 d5 auto with TCM-0100 code

My 2007 C70 d5 auto has poor shifting when warm (slowing down to stop and setting off). Vida/dice shows TCM-0100 bad gear shift quality, emergency mode 1 has been initiated.
Can anyone advise ?

Why not follow the fault process in Vida?, that should give you all the information.

I said I had Vida, not that I could use it to its full potential !

You can get a lot of info without it attached to the car, if you are worried about doing something wrong when its attached.

Checking the Volvo software for guidance would be a good idea, OR just change the fluid twice with Gen Volvo auto box oil, or whatever Liqui Moly have listed (Engine specific) in their oil finder web site guide. If the box fluid is fairly new, then it might just be too low.
