Default Rear bump stop renewal

After a few days in the P2 section with no comments, I hope you don't object to me cross posting here an AWD car issue...

My V70 AWD is splitting the rear bump rubbers ( item 19 on the attached drawing) Anyone ever replaced these items. Vida shows the attached drawing under the spares tab, but under the replacement tab item 19 is shown as a bolt through item, which it is not.
I suspect they will be a little similar to replacing a brake piston seal, in that you have to go round and round pushing it a little further down until its seated into a retaining groove. Knowledge of this fact would be appreciated.
