Just curious why coolant is related to the intercooler removing procedure?
To remove intercooler is not neccessary to drain coolant or remove front bumper.
Did I miss something? LOL

No mate, cheshired5 (not me) just noticed clear fluid in his header tank that's all.

Flushing is essential if you want to do it correctly and forget about it for years.
You'll need 4 litres of Volvo concentrated coolant and I bought 25 litres of deionized water for £15 from eurocarparts.
Never buy pre mixed and never make the 50/50 mix first.
Everything you need to do is in the video.
