Default Washer Bottle Pump needed

My V70 DS SE Auto washer pump has stopped working to the rear screen, there seems to be a non return valve in the casing assembly. New Pump is over £40 so would like to know where I can buy a proprietry make or is there another car using the same pump?
OR is there any way the valve can be unjammed.
Pump is of the twin outlet type, takes 2 mins to remove and the motor unit can easily be removed from the outer body. Two Volvo dealers have struggled to locate one but are very happy to give mr the cost £40.18 + vat and 20 mins to fit £22.75 Total £68.95
Any help much appreciated.

Can you get to a local breaker and get the complete bottle/pump unit?
