Exactly what do you mean and a pic' would be helpful. They can be welded up.

The manifolds can be repaired, like previously mentioned. I think they can be welded or brazed. But, if you're still looking for a replacement...

Is your manifold cracked ? or is it just damaged threads on the studs ?
Crack can be reapired by drilling a hole at each end of the crack , heating the whole manfold & brazing the crack closed . Allow the whole manifold to cool slowly to reduce thermal stresses otherwise it will fracture . If it is simply knackered studs m ask local machine shop for heat & remove or drill out & re-thread the manifold . My last broken cast iron manifold i repaired , i placed over a charcoal bbq after bolting it to a scrap cylinder head , let the whole lot heat up for a few hours , then brazed everything . After that , the bbq was allowed to burn out & cool naturally . Job done |

There are also specialists listed in some classic car mags but it's mostly word of mouth as to who can do what. |

Well, sorry, I have not had to do exhaust work in Britain. I stand corrected.
Have you been able to fix your manifold?

Blast from past
In Cradley Heath we still do this stuff. There's a specialist welder called Stronghold Welding near me who can weld anything.
Can you confirm if it's an injection exhaust manifold or a carburettor inlet/exhaust combined unit? I've had injection exhaust manifolds crack but not carb ones. The problems I've had with latter have been a) warping of the whole unit and/or b) leaking at the head seal on cylinder 6 exhaust port. The leakage leads to the mating surface being eaten away, sometimes beyond the point where it can be skimmed. I may (repeat, may) have a carb manifold kicking around in the yard although these could all have had the problems indicated above. PM me. Incidentally, I remember a successful repair of a cracked injection exhaust manifold by brazing.
