Just took it for a quick spin and its sluggish, I know that I need another map but will the car adapt to the new injectors after a few drives.

Dont wana have my map dun yet until I get my T16 fitted.

Any info would be great !!!

Think I found the Answer NO !!

Thrown a code 231 which seem to indicate that the fuel trim is all buggered up..oh well...ill take em out until I get the whole lot fitted...

Anyone know or can point me in the correct direction for a Map for Green injectors and a TD04-T16 on an Auto 850R ?

IF i can have the file I can program the chip myself

Cheers all

for the 16t you wont need bigger than whites or blues the car will/should adopt fuel flow but no power increase ....greens are for the likes of a 19t ect i think............ injectors colour depends on turbo size greens seem to only be on big turbos

you defo don't need greens, greens are designed to run on 3.8 bar fuel pressure not 3.0 as your car is, your best bet is to sell them, they are worth 80-110 quid, and buy a set of blues for £40 and pocket the rest, i have a set of greens ready to use but have to wait until i can afford a custom map,
i also have put an 18t on my mapped auto 850r and it ran very well
btw its 16t and 18t not t18 etc lol

The 16t bit was a Typo LOL

What do you think I will get with a REMAP with the Blues and T16. I have induction kit on it and a 3" exhaust.

One question is should I change my housing on the Turbo ?

I can just take out the 15G and replace with a 16T in the 15G housing but have looked and the exit pipe on the 16T housing is bigger 3" I think compared to 2.5 on the other.. will this make a large difference or just slight?

Cheers all for your help

a mapped 16t will give you around 270bhp mate with those mods, the housings should be the exact same size mate 2 1/2" unless the 16t housing is angled, if it is you will need a suitable downpipe

Its not a conical housing on the new 16T think it came from a V70 .

Would it make a massive difference ?

On the Dyno I had done with 15G and RICA it got 269 at the flywheel ..so they say ..but only 200 at the wheels not to sure if that was correct.

those results sound well dubious mate, with a 15g mapped you should get around 250-260bhp with a 16t about 270-280

sounds like someone added 69 hp 'transmission loss'. Was that with the bigger injectors fitted?
